  • Pricer specialises in turnkey Safety, Security, Audio-Visual (AV), and IoT solutions, including but not limited to: Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Fire Hydrant Systems, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Gas Suppression Systems, VESDA, and Intelligent CCTV Surveillance Systems.
  • All installations are carried out on a project/site-specific basis as per client requirements and applicable safety codes.
  • Product images, specifications, and descriptions on the website are indicative and may vary slightly from the final installed system due to site conditions or equipment availability.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or add products and services at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Confirmation
  • All orders and project engagements placed through our website, email, phone, or in person are subject to acceptance by Pricer.
  • An order is deemed accepted only upon written confirmation (email or official document) from our team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of pricing errors, equipment unavailability, or capacity constraints.
  • Site specifications, drawings, and quantities must be confirmed in writing before installation begins. Any changes after installation commencement may attract additional charges.

5. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST and other levies) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order shall be the one confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Pricer reserves the right to require advance payment or a deposit before initiating work.
  • In case of delayed payment, Pricer reserves the right to withhold delivery or commissioning of the system until full payment is received.
  • All transactions are governed by Indian laws and are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.

6. Delivery and Installation
  • Installation timelines are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation and site readiness.
  • Pricer shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss or damage to equipment passes to the buyer upon delivery to site.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate site access and contact details. Any additional visit charges resulting from incorrect information shall be borne by the client.

7. Cancellations and Returns
  • Since most systems are installed/configured to client specifications, cancellations once installation has commenced are not accepted.
  • Cancellations before installation commencement must be submitted in writing. Applicable cancellation charges may apply based on work completed up to that point.
  • Returns/replacements are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing or installation defect attributable to Pricer. Claims must be raised within 7 days of installation with supporting documentation.
  • Returns are not accepted for issues arising from client-provided incorrect site information or approved specifications.

8. Intellectual Property
  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and system designs created by Pricer, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pricer Security Systems Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
  • Clients retain ownership of their own site plans, branding, and materials submitted for project purposes.
  • By submitting drawings or content to Pricer, the client confirms they hold the necessary rights and permissions for the submitted materials and indemnifies Pricer against any third-party intellectual property claims.
  • Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
  • Pricer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order in question.
